Peri Lund

Peri Lund is a Program Delivery Analyst in the Climate Center, where she focuses on program and award management for the Virtual Earth Systems Research Institute (VESRI) and the Research Frontiers Network (RFN).

Prior to Schmidt Sciences, Peri served as Program Coordinator for the Science, Society & Culture division at the Simons Foundation. In this role, she supported program development and grantmaking – particularly within the division’s science outreach portfolio – and external communications, including storytelling, content development, and media strategy.

Peri holds a bachelor’s degree in global studies, with double minors in social and economic justice and education, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
