Leanne Willey

Leanne Willey is an Engineering Operations Associate at Project Pearl, where she supports program execution through infrastructure development, integrated program scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. She previously worked for a decade as a strategic engineer in the nuclear power sector, where she focused on system performance improvement, operations procedure development, and data-driven root cause identification in highly regulated technical environments. She transitioned into the space industry as a Program Integrator for electro-optical satellite development.

In her role on the Lazuli Space Observatory, Leanne aims to untangle operational complexity and bring clarity to ambiguous situations by designing custom solutions and strategies that bridge functional gaps. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
