Collin Schladweiler
Program Delivery Associate

Collin Schladweiler is a Program Delivery Associate in the Climate Institute, where he focuses on program and award management for the Virtual Institute for the Carbon Cycle (VICC), Virtual Institute for Earth’s Water (VIEW), and Decarbonization and Energy Virtual Institute (DEVI).
Collin has cross-sector experience spanning grassroots advocacy, scientific research, and international development. After starting his early career as an ocean biogeochemistry researcher in college, he went on to serve as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines as a Coastal Resource Manager, specializing in fisheries policy, marine conservation, and solid waste management. He later applied these skills alongside his project management and organizational strategy expertise in leadership positions at various clean water nonprofits including Miami Waterkeeper and Billion Oyster Project. Most recently, Collin managed global programming for CREO Syndicate, collaborating with asset owners and investment professionals to catalyze climate tech investments and philanthropy through high-impact virtual programs and strategic international convenings.
Collin holds a B.S. in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology from the University of Minnesota. He is currently pursuing an M.B.A. in Sustainability at Bard College.
