Daniel Rice

Daniel Rice is an Associate within the Climate Institute. Danny manages the Virtual Institute for the Carbon Cycle program, funding research to address knowledge gaps and uncertainties in carbon cycle science.

Previously, Danny worked for Schmidt Futures on the Strategy team and led projects for the Reimagine NY Commission and the International Strategy Forum. Prior to that, he worked as an undergraduate research assistant for the Yale Clinical and Affective Neuroscience Laboratory, investigating the neural correlates of nicotine dependency therapies.

Danny holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from Yale University.
