Elise Bell
Science Analyst

Elise Bell is a Science Analyst at Schmidt Sciences. In this role, Elise supports program management across multiple scientific programs, particularly focused on ocean and climate science related initiatives.
Prior to joining Schmidt Sciences, Elise was a research assistant at Duke University. Her research used chemical biology methods to investigate host-parasite interactions of the malaria parasite. Additionally, Elise was a research assistant at University of Miami, where she worked on amino acid mediated synthesis of copper nanoparticles.
Elise holds a M.S. in chemistry from Duke University and a B.S. in chemistry and psychology from University of Miami.
