Molly is a senior associate supporting programs within Schmidt Sciences’ Cross-Science Institute.

Prior to joining the team at Schmidt Sciences, Molly was an undergraduate admissions officer, most recently at Columbia University. During her time in higher education, she managed community-based organization relationships, expanding Columbia University’s partnership with QuestBridge, an organization that connects low-income youth with highly selective colleges and universities; recruited across the US and Europe; and coordinated events and communications for thousands of students and families. Before her time at Columbia, Molly worked at Boston University.

Molly attended Boston University, where she earned a B.S. from the College of Communication and an Ed.M. from Wheelock College of Education and Human Development.
