Shadi Nasabzadeh

Shadi Nasabzadeh is a Program Delivery Associate in the Climate Institute, where she focuses on program and award management for the Ocean Biogeochemsitry Virtual Institute (OBVI) and Virtual Earth Systems Research Institute (VESRI).

Shadi previously worked in the federal government affairs and advocacy space in Washington, D.C., where she collaborated with private and public sector clients to execute their legislative strategies, primarily in the budget and appropriations process. She worked closely with clients on a variety of issues, including science and technology, higher education, public health, energy, maritime, and transportation and infrastructure.

Shadi graduated summa cum laude from American University with a B.A. in International Studies and a minor in Justice and Law.
