Ty Elie

Ty Elie is the Director of the Office of the President, where she stewards the President’s portfolio and works closely with Leadership and the Office of the President teams. Ty brings 25 years of experience, primarily in nonprofit organizations, with a focus on executive operations and building adaptable systems and high-performing teams.

Previously, Ty served as Deputy Chief of Staff at Planned Parenthood. Prior to that, she worked at the Department of Youth & Family Services and in multiple for-profit corporations.

Ty holds an MBA from SUNY Oswego and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from SUNY Old Westbury. She serves as a Trustee for Harlem Academy, an independent K–8 school dedicated to educational excellence for low-income families. Outside of work, Ty enjoys trying new recipes and restaurants, and she’s a proud mom of a budding chemist.
