Starting from September 2023, Georgia’s Valogiannis is an Eric and Wendy Schmidt AI in Science Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics at the University of Chicago. Before coming to Chicago, Valogiannis was a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Physics at Harvard University, working in Prof. Cora Dvorkin’s group. Prior to that, Valogiannis obtained a PhD in the Department of Astronomy at Cornell University in 2020, under the supervision of Prof. Rachel Bean.
