Dr. Dawn Song, Professor at UC Berkeley’s Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, specializes in AI, deep learning, security, and privacy. Her accolades include the MacArthur and Guggenheim Fellowships, the NSF CAREER Award, and the Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellowship. She has received numerous Best Paper Awards in Computer Security and Deep Learning and is an ACM and IEEE Fellow. Recognized as a leading scholar in computer security and a successful entrepreneur, she previously taught at Carnegie Mellon and earned her Ph.D. from UC Berkeley. Her entrepreneurial ventures have earned her spots on the Female Founder 100 List by Inc. and the Wired25 List of Innovators.

Dr. Song’s project addresses safety in multi-agent systems (MAS) through theoretical, systematic, and empirical approaches, including game theory, representation engineering, and multi-agent simulations.
