After growing up in Germany, I moved to Switzerland, where I conducted my bachelor, master and doctoral study program in mathematics at ETH Zurich. I am interested in applying intuition from pure mathematics to machine learning problems. Now, I consider applications arising in engineering, economics, finance and physics, and their underlying mathematical/ML foundations.
