I obtained PhD degree with a background in bioinformatics from UESTC and now work for Nanyang Technological University (NTU) as a postdoctoral fellow. I’m interested in designing and using computational approaches to solve biological issues. Particularly, I prefer to identify chromatin interactions and cancer biomarkers using artificial intelligence methods, aim to develop precise therapies for cancer by identifying specific chromatin interaction-based biomarkers. So far, I have published 11 SCI papers as the first author. The citation count for Google Scholar is more than 1200 times, and the h-index is 21.
