Neil Dasgupta is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science & Engineering at the University of Michigan. He is the Deputy Director of the U.S. Department of Energy, Energy Frontier Research Center (EFRC) MUSIC: Mechano-Chemical Understanding of Solid-Ion Conductors. He earned his Ph.D. from Stanford University in 2011. Prior to joining University of Michigan in 2014, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of California, Berkeley.
