Dr. Rawan Omar is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Yale School of Engineering & Applied Science. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Nanotechnology from the Technion. She received the Ariane de Rothschild Women’s Doctoral Scholarship and has been awarded several postdoctoral fellowships, including the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Postdoctoral Award, the Rothschild Fellowship (Yad Hanadiv), the AAUW International Postdoctoral Fellowship, and the VATAT Fellowship. She was also named to MIT Technology Review’s Innovators Under 35 list.
