I received my doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in materials science from Indian Institute of Science, India in 2022, with my dissertation formulating robust strategies for designing efficient materials using quantum chemistry-based methods and ML algorithms. I joined the University of Chicago as a postdoctoral scholar at the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering under Prof. Chibueze Amanchukwu in 2022 before transitioning to the position of Eric and Wendy Schmidt AI in Science Postdoctoral Fellow. My research interests span wide areas of materials informatics aimed at developing novel materials, at the intersection of physics, chemistry, materials science, computational modeling, data science, and cheminformatics. I also hold a M.S. in Chemical Sciences from the Indian Institute of Science (2017) and a B.Sc. in Chemistry (Honors) from the University of Delhi, India (2015).
