Roy Moyal is a computational neuroscientist specializing in sensory systems, neuromorphic computing, and spiking neural network algorithms. He received his Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from Cornell University for neuroimaging research focusing on vision and memory, and his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. He is currently affiliated with the Computational Physiology lab at Cornell University.
